Our charmed floating helix top is the perfect addition to fill up the flat area of your ear with a whimsical charm of your choice. 

It is ASTM F136 compliant implant grade titanium. Gold is 18k PVD plated with a gold vermeil charm. Black is PVD plated with a sterling silver-based gunmetal plated charm. Silver is plain titanium with a sterling silver-based rhodium plated charm.

ASTM F136 compliant, hypoallergenic, nickel-free, lead-free, cadmium-free and piercer-approved.
